Can anyone tell me if proxy voting at a community meeting has be discussed in this forum and where I could find it.
Don't know if there has been any previous discussion on proxy votes but some-one would do us all a service if they could clarify the situation.
Too many owners give their proxy to somebody who will be at the AGM without any instructions on how they wish their votes to be cast.
They should always give a clear instruction on at least the major decisions.
At a recent EGM self-opinionated twit changed the votes of his proxies, against their specific instruction, and so landed them with a big bill for paying for the swimming pool they wished to oppose.
