I'm new to this forum and seeking help, I'm aware of the reputation of lawyers here but I do need one, can anyone recommend a decent one, ie of proven reliability, anywhere in Andalucia, I'm dealing with the purchase of a former bank premises, from the bank concerned and need to be sure that I get it absolutely right, any help or links will be appreciated, thanks , Gill Greerl.

the reputation of lawyers
is the same world over.
My advice would be to get the phone Nº (I´m sure hillybilly can help)of the Colegio oficial de abogados in Sevilla and ask them to recommend.
