Until very recently our mail was delivered to a local site office. Delievered there from Post Office every working day and UK mail reached us in 2-3 days. Now delivered to us here every other day so taking 2-5 days from UK.

We DOn't live in the campo, but if we had a service like yours Brenda I would be delighted! - Our mail from the UK takes a minimum of 6 days to reach us!

Our mail is with us within two to three working days, no delivery on Saturday. This is delivered direct to the house.
It actually takes far longer to receive mail from Spain for some reason.

Poshtotti - we have no problems with mail coming from UK but sending letters there can take up to a week if it gets there at all!

We have the post delivered to our house as well but it's really hit and miss which days it comes. We've had a few things sent from the UK that have gone missing recently. The sorting office was having so many complaints from people, us included, that it's now not open to the public at all. they can only be contacted by phone between 12.30 and 1.30 according to the sign on the door.

Our mail to the UK seems to be getting there alright, though.

It sounds like we have a good deal where we are. I think if a letter arrived saying English on the hill it would arrive.
Hope your sorting office gets itself "sorted" jj

I always find that post goes missing at this time of year without fail. I totally try to avoid delivery's /posting witin UK from Nov onwards.
Draw your own conclusions.

If we are lucky we get mail once a week, usually once every 10 days.
A lot of us in my urbanisation have mail go missing - especially DVDs/CDs that we order.
And we are on the coast!
