the best bet, possibly, is to find a carpintería metalica, and get them to make one for you to your exact measurements and design. Possibly work out considerably cheaper than finding a supplier

Are you looking for a wrought iron one made to measure or one that you buy and piece together yourself? does that make any sense. we have a house near Velez Malaga and the person who put in our spirals had problem getting any one to make them up in the time scale we asked for. There are a number of places in Arenas just in land from Velez where you could have some made, don't know about price though. Our's were already made up and with the ballurstrades at the top cost about 2000e.

Cant help with supplier, but think twice before you buy.
We had one in a property and it was a nightmare getting furniture up and down.
If you do go for one, make sure that the diameter is as wide as possible, that any hand rails can be removed, and that the upper landing is not restricted.
Best of luck !!
