Digi Boxes (again)

My mother is bring over another sky box from the UK.
She's given me the choice of a Pace DV3 or a Panasonic.

Does anyone know if either is preferable for Spain?

I remember reading a posting about Panasonic boxes having weak signals??

The Panasonic TU-DSB30 was perfect for Spain but, unfortunately, it is now unable to cope properly with software upgrades and is prone to locking up in weak signal situations and the later models have less sensitive tuners.

The digibox currently used by most installers is the Pace DS430N. I don't know anything about the Pace DV3. I think it is a Freeview box which is for receiving digital terrestrial television signals through a normal TV antenna. I am pretty certain it is not a Sky digibox but if anyone knows differently I am sure they will tell us.

Anyway, make sure that she ends up with a Sky Digibox (preferably the Pace DS430N) NOT a Freeview box.
