Wall Heaters

Postby jane grant » Wed Nov 16, 2005 11:01 am

We have been told by some friends that the 'tile style' wall heaters you can get in Leroy Merlin are effective and ecomonical to run Does any one have any evperience of them? (I'm sure there is a technical name for them, but no idea what it is, the things in question are about 50cm square and about 1cm thick - and were on offer at 69E!).

Hi we installed them in the bedrooms last yr & yes they take a while to warm up butthey cost very little to run & will not burn you if you touch them. You need to leave them on for a fair while but they will warm up the average sized bedroom

We have just bought two. They're called Econo heaters and we bought them from Polanco in Chiclana. They do take a while to heat up but we've found the one for the bathroom very effective.
