"looking for work" resources in spain ?

is there anything in spain like "monster.co.uk" where i can search for jobs online ? or is everything in this day and age remarkably still processed by word of mouth ?

i went for a delivery job in alhaurin el grande this week. it was 25€ a WEEK plus tips... :roll:
Alhaurin el Grande since 99, working at the airport since 2011.
