I Have just been reading about Sony's LocationFree TV (Daily Mail) is suitable to use here? Would you still need a satalite dish? Any hidden extra costs? Sounds almost too good to be true!

This is nothing more than a glorified video sender used to distribute signals around the house from various IT and AV equipment to the TV.

It certainly isn't a replacement for a satellite dish.
