Does anyone have an up to date link for downloading EX-16 residencia forms?

http://www.mir.es/sites/mir/modelos/ext ... mentacion/
does not appear to be working anymore.

Thanks.

Could anyone help with a question so that I can fill in the last box on my residencia application form? I´m not sure which box to tick in the last section regarding the type of residencia I'm applying for. I don´t think I will be working at any time whilst I´m here, but I want to apply for permanent residential status - is it best for me to tick the non lucrativo box or the one about right to be a permanent basis? Sorry if this is a silly question but I don´t want to get it wrong!

You need to check box 1. Box 4 is to do with working under the same conditions as a Spaniard and would not be applicable to your situation.

Because this is Spain, and they have yet to follow the stupidity of the UK in bending over backwards to help immigrants who are too wrapped up in their own culture to learn the indigent language?
Surely one of the requirements for residence in a country should be a basic understanding of its language and culture, as in the US?
