Prawn sandwiches
There's a Cuban owned bar on the corner of my street where a local fisherman sits from around 10.00 am drinking coffee, he has a barrow filled with whatever he's caught that day and sits there till he's sold it all, today I bought a kilo of prawns from him for 6 euros, now I'm eating half of them in 2 very large prawn sandwiches (with salsa rosa) good deal !!

Donde?
Re: Prawn sandwiches
I love prawn sandwiches on crusty rolls, I love them on brown seeded sliced bread, love them on pizzas, Infact anyway as long as I don't have to top and tail them. Some Spanish friends like to pick up the heads and suck out all the mush. We have a deal they don't do it in my presence

You should see how they behave at a crayfish party in Sweden, cracking the claws and removing the shell, oh and the sucking out of the "most succulent" part the mush:-)katy wrote:I love prawn sandwiches on crusty rolls, I love them on brown seeded sliced bread, love them on pizzas, Infact anyway as long as I don't have to top and tail them.
