Freezer Labels

We have just acquired a second freezer for the garage and I have started cooking for four rather than two sometimes, the remainder being tupperware style boxed and stored outside.
I have a spreadsheet to tell what is out there.
The boxes need labels however. Is there something out there that sticks, address labels don't, and is wipe clean and dishwasher proof, if so what and where ?
