Italian style sausages

Trying to find Italian style sausages (not salami or chorizo), either spicy or sweet (with fennel and garlic). Either in butchers shop or supermarkets.

there is a large butcher's shop in Puente don Manuel, (on the main road to Vlz) ... I have never asked for such sausages but they make many different kinds there ..

Have you tried the Morrocan Merguez sausage available at Hal Al butchers usually. Really good flavour. Or, try Martin the English Butcher he does a large variety of different sausages. He is in Alhaurin el Grande.
