El Pimpi is very touristy now. Food ok but prices have gone up a lot since the old days. 10 years ago a nice glass of red was just over a euro.
The fish restaurant we use is Meson Iberica in Calle Pinzon in Soho. There are lots but that is one of our favs because there is always a good atmosphere in there. Mostly Spanish business people. Just around the corner from there is a little restaurant called Las Ninas del Soho. Its run by 2 Italian women. Pasta is very good. Portions not massive so you need a starter. Cheapish also.
