Aracena pigs

I keep coming across online cookery holidays in Andalusia that visit an organic farm where the famous pigs are raised somewhere in the Sierra around Aracena, West of Sevilla. It includes a full tour of the jamon curing factory there but I can't find contact numbers to arrange a group tour myself. Anyone else heard of it or been there? Help gratefully received.
