Pata Negra

Postby Solysombra » Mon May 29, 2006 8:52 am

Hi everyone, I'm fairly familiar with Spanish customs and products but I don't know the answer to this one.
A pal of mine is coming to Mãlaga for three weeks at the beginning of June, he's asked me if it's possible to buy "Pata Negra" or ham of a similar quality, direct from the producer, as opposed to buying it from the supermercado, and if so , anyone know where? thanks :)

You can take a trip to Extremadura to buy your jam or get it on line from webs like www.juntadeextremadura.com/jamones.html
