Sick of BBQs?

Postby keddyboy » Fri Aug 04, 2006 11:41 pm

Just bought one of those electric hot, non stick plates and boy can you cook on it. It takes about 2 minutes to heat up and cooks evenly across the entire plate. No coals, oils or anything else just pure natural. Cannot praise it high enough.

Sounds like a good idea, I am sick of BBQ's and getting invited to them for another evening of undercooked meat. BTW did you know they are banned until Oct if you are in an area with lots of trees.

Yeh, i've got an electric cooker as well - except I keep it in the kitchen!
Surely a barbecue is food cooked over a coal or wood fire ?
