Hello there,
I've just moved to the Seville area and am three months pregnant, I'm looking for pre-natal yoga classes, or indeed any kind of exercise classes where I might meet other expectant mums and find out a bit more about having a baby in Spain! My Spanish isn't great so I'm finding the healthcare process slightly daunting...
If anyone has any tips, suggestions or recommendations, I'd be very grateful.
Pre-natal yoga classes etc in Seville?

Try Actual Sevilla on line Magazine, which I believe is run by a mum or American Womans Club, Seville. (just google it)I think you will be suprised how many English speaking people of all ages there are in Sevilla! Good Luck

Hi Sallyb, I actually had a meet up with a load of mums yesterday in Sevilla! Drop me a PM and i can tell you more.
I also gave birth in Spain 4 months ago, so if you have any questions about the helathcare process fire away. I was looked after very well and cannot fault the care we were given.
Anyway, I'll keep an eye out for your PM. Speak then,
Karen x
