If you mean Diflofenec or Diflofenaco in Spanish it certainly is, the generic tablet is under 2€ for 40 x 50mg.

I believe that 80mg is the highest dose available OTC.

Don't know the other drug.

Judging by the side effects I get when I take only 40mg of Diclofenac Sodium, I would say there is a strong case for making it prescription only. After just one of these tablets I have psychological effects, depression, and heart arythmia. So just be careful with them!

When I have bought them in Spain they are called Voltarén and they are very cheap.

Don't have any problem with either drug, and i don't take them very often,it's just that by the time I get a doctors appointment the problem has gone.
i'd just like to speed the process up.

I don't have any reaction to Diflowhoosis except pain relief, which I will have until I can get an operation, or at least an injection, a process which will start on Wednesday.

They are bad for you if you also have a heart problem. There are other NSAID drugs that are not so bad for you such as Naproxen.

The other drug, Omeprazole, is usually prescribed if you are on a drug that can cause stomach problems, but most drugs in Spain are coated which removes the potential stomach problem as the coating does not dissolve until it leaves the stomach.
