Carlos Haya inpatient
I have, today, found out that my next operation, which is to be in Carlos Haya hospital,is to be carried out next week. I found out when it turned out my appointment today was for pre-op stuff i.e. Ecg, chest xray and blood test. Tomorrow I see the anaesthetist. As yet I have not been given any info about the admission process, visiting times and restrictions for family and what the position is for my wife staying with me, although she will probably stay at the hostal across the road.
Is there wifi in the hospital?
I would be interested in anyones experience of being an inpatient at Carlos Haya hospital. Thanks.

This is a link to the hospital's User Guide (as I'm sure you know, the hospital was officially renamed fairly recently although still widely referred to as Carlos Haya). Do you read Spanish? If so, it should have the answers to most of your questions (visiting times, for example, are 15.00 - 20.00 and it says each patient is issued with two visitor passes). If not, by all means pm me and I will look for the other information you need. Hope the op goes well.

I'm pleased all went well, but I don't think Carlos Haya came out with flying colours!

Hey Steve, did your wife stay in the Hostal ? I stayed there a few times last year when I was socialising and didn't (couldn't) drive and found it clean safe and cheap.
