Viewing your state health test results online

Is it possible for a patient to go online and view their test results? If so how? Has anyone looked at their own?

I am thinking blood test results and Xrays of fractures.

I'm not sure if you can do that, but you would definitely need to have a valid digital certificate to do it.

As Sid says I do not think so. They would have to have one hell of an IT security system in place.
