We visited Ronda afew weeks ago. It is a great place and there are loads of restaurants to choose from. It much depends on your budget. There is some good info on andalucia.com if you look at destinations and look at Ronda. There is also the only Michelin star restaurant in the region I think it is called Tabouches we did not eat there but at their sister restaurant but I have forgotten what it is called. Hope you have a good time.

Michelin star place is Tragabuches. We haven't been there but everyone we know who has raves about it.
Our three favourites are Dona Pepa in the square, the Don Miguel overlooking the Tajo and a restaurant [ the name escapes me ] off one of the side roads opposite the bullring. There is a well in the first room near the bar as you walk in...........brilliant tapas and raciones.
is the sun over the yardarm yet ?

There is a tapas style spin off of Tragabuches called Trega Tapas which has lots of different tapas done in different styles and is very good value. Also good wine selection. It is next to Benneton in one of the side streets between the square and the bullring
