DA

Never mind Scot, In Tunbridge Wells you will be about a 30 minute train ride from London. Excellent restaurants to suit every pocket, and the cheaper or more expensive will knock spots off most restaurants here :D Not to mention the theatres, galleries, museums, shops, markets, I could go on...... :D

STOP I'm counting down the days :) OH here next Friday tho we not back in UK until 2 September. I'm going straight to M and S :D
I did eat in some nice restaurants when I worked in London. L'Escargot and the one owned by a famous actor, can't remember, think it was Michael Caine. Kettners wine bar and Stringfellows  I didn't pay tho, the whining and dining was all through work. Had a great time but don't miss all those late nights and hangovers!!

Had an email just before Xmas to say that he's pulled out now!
...Within months of the launch it became apparent to Novelli that the business operators of the hotel were having financial difficulties and when the quality and standard of the restaurant operation started to fall below the high standards demanded by Novelli he had no choice but to take steps to terminate his agreement and protect his good name and brand...
