Competa Noche de Vino

Postby fincalospinos » Sat Aug 15, 2009 10:13 am

On all day today ( Sat 15th) , free Migas and Competa wine from noon onwards, entertainment for kids in the afternoon, with flamenco and dance in the main square from 9pm - Sunday morning !!
Well worth the drive.

You can spend the night with Finca, he has some log cabins up there! :D Otherwise free wine and a long drive don't go together. :? Anyway, those Spanish younsters don't go much on Brits. :?

Thanks for the plug, Frank, every little helps as they say !!

It can be quiet a long drive up, but its very strange, the more Competa wine you drink, the shorter the journey back :P :P

As for the young 'uns not liking the Brits, I must say there are quiet a few that I would like to sling over a balcony

Do you refuse to let the cabins out to Brits?

I think that this thread could go off course if we aren't carefull.

For your information Katy, I am Herefordshire born and bred, so very unlikely to refuse to rent to Brits, or anyone else for that matter, but in the two cases where we have needed to ask guests to leave for unreasonable behaviour, both were groups from the UK.
