Buskers in Seville

Last Tuesday evening, 27th Dec, we were in Seville, the buskers were great, very entertaining. We went back tonight with visitors the town was heaving, but not one busker to be seen do the police move them on?

Yes,i think they are supposed to have a street licence.Shame really especially if they are good!
