Velez-Malaga Free Concerts Next Week

[Free at Last]

Velez-Malaga's annual International Guitar Competition starts next week (Thursday 11 July) and there will be a free concert each night for 5 nights (all starting at 9.30pm, the final night will be at the Teatro del Carmen and all the others are in the patio of the Palacio del Marques de Beniel, a very nice setting). I can't find anything on the web to link to, but the posters giving details on what is on each night have just appeared in town this morning. The final night features the Malaga Youth Orchestra plus soloists and all the others feature solo guitarists (mostly classical but there is one flamenco-themed evening, not the singing thankfully!) and other instruments including piano and flute.
