Do you or any one you know seek to learn, play and/or assist in starting a bridge club "mas cerca" Ronda. A very interesting skilled card game- if it is good enough for Omar Sharif!! etc etc-- Gentle first class teaching and a tranquilo place to meet new people. If you want something to fully occupy your intellect this could be right for you. Spanish spoken (Desparcito!) so why not try a new intelligent way of meeting lots of new friends

I was amazed at how popular bridge is with the Spanish though nothing is ever advertised. For ages I just thought noone played, but found by asking at all the local golf clubs, casino, tennis clubs etc. that I could play locally most nights of the week if I wanted and of course silent bidding means language is not a problem really. Have you looked at possible club rooms first because you might find informal bridge goes on there already around Ronda?
