Fiesta de la Parpuja in Chiclana

Does anyone have information on this year's Fiesta de la Parpuja in Chiclana ? I went last year and it was fabulous, but so far have not been able to find any information for August 2006.

I think last year was the first time it has been held for a number of years as it's backed by the ayuntamiento and there have been budget restraints. The economic suituation wll determine whether they put it on again and whether they feel last year was a success or not. I suggest you email Chiclana tourist board tho I suspect noone will know till nearer the time. But if they get lots of enquiries, they might be persuaded! It's not an annual event, so you were lucky to catch it. I missed it
