certificate of first occupation

Postby JAKE M » Mon May 14, 2007 12:56 pm

The reform of our house is all but complete. It was reported that there are a few leaks from the roof terrace (being fixed as i write). At what point do I pay for the above certificate? Do I instigate this or the Ayuntamiento?. Everything is above board ie architects drawings, planning permission etc
so i want it to be legal!
any guidance would be appreciated

The architect should be handling this for you.
