Old Chestnut Estate Agent you can Trust

Postby Zeb747 » Sat Aug 11, 2007 3:19 pm

I we are coming over in October with the thought of starting to look for a permanent place inland from the coast.
We have stayed in the Nueva Andalucía area before and looking the Estate agents for a place inland. Not a lot on offer unless you want a new place on the coast.
Can anyone advise us of a sensible Estate Agents (if such a person exists) that deals in inland properties?
Zeb :)

There is a lot on offer in rural areas but not much that is 100% legal. Be very careful and believe no-one especially not an estate agent or a lawyer. You don't want to end up buying a 'shed' on a piece of land that you share with several other people.

We used the local estate agent in Illora, she is called Alexandra and is willing to provide accomodation free for a couple of days and drive you around the area. She has a colleague that does all the legal bits with the town hall for a small fee. I think the name of the estate agents is la cumbre de Illora.
