Rip Off

Postby Rosie01 » Tue Jan 08, 2008 10:57 am

Hi

Can any one tell me the e mail address of the Town Hall in Iznajar. Years ago we purchased land with a ruin on it!! We would like to try for planning permission.

We have been ripped off so many times and it is always the damn Brits not the Spanish who have done or tied to do this. the land was the incorrect size not 1,500 sq mtrs but a mere 870, the drawings were done via a technician and not a arcitect so we couldn't get them stamped it goes on and on. Yes we have been to solicitors but to no avail we have losts thousands of £.

Any help greatly appreciated especially if you know someone in the town hall or an architect that is genuine and not 'yet again' a rip off merchant..

The general email address is
[email protected]
In my experience relying on email communication with any Spanish organisation is not to be relied upon though!
You could try contacting the Colegio of Architects in Cordoba, who normally maintain a database of architects, their contact details and specialisms.

870 sq m, Rosie, sorry love, just walk away, you've been done, a plot that size with a ruin on it is probably worthless, if it's roofless you've no chance, it may sound heartless and patronising but really, just walk away
Ah! the full english!!
