moving FROM Spain - company for small shipments

I am moving FROM Spain and I am looking for a company to ship a small amount of boxes out of the country.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Oh, I guess I should have mentioned that I am moving to Asia! Not the UK.

So I need a company that can do that.
