Hi all,
We bought a holiday apartment in Mojacar in early 2016. We finally managed to sort out the Ibi and Besura.
However, is there another non-resident annual tax ? Is this the same thing as registering our apartment as a sort of rental property even though it is only used by family and maybe, very occasionally, a close friend. I also heard about a Modula 210. Is this again a proper name for the above ?
I'd be very grateful for any clarification which can be provided

Many thanks for the info
We have to pay €35 by La Caixa for some sort of non-resident tax, payable bi-annually. I assume this is just another one !!!
Do you only need to register a rental type property if you actually commercially rent it ?

If you are renting out a propery as a holiday let ie on sites like air B&B, owners direct etc you have to registar it and abide by a set of regulations

You seem to be promoting this app despite the warnings posted by Beachcomber who is a moderater on this forum as am I, and I am equally concerned about the privacy implications he mentioned.
I hope you do not have any commercial interest in this app as that would be contrary to forum rules.
Any further posts recommending the app will cause us both, I am sure, to come to that conclusion.

We have a lovely 2 bedroom house near Setenil de las Bodegas. We are thinking of renting it out as a holiday let. Does anyone know of an English speaking person who could help oversea things for us?
Thank you
Thank you

Hi. I’m sorry for my ignorance, but is the IBI the same thing as urbano/rústico tax that we pay twice yearly.
