Coating of terrace floor

Can anyone give me some advice regarding coating of terrace floors. I've got ordinary Spanish terracotta tiles, which easily get stained. I want to coat the with something to protect them. What should I use?

You can seal them with Blatafix made by the Bla paint co. I suspect other paint companies make a similar product, Or you can use oil. Linseed oil will do it but I don't know how durable it would be.
