Upholstery Webbing

Does anyone know where it might be possible to get hold of Upholstery Webbing anywhere near Marbella? Our neighbours have a chair which is past its best but they would like to keep it going a bit longer! Underneath the seat cushions there are strips of webbing which are stapled to the frame. In the UK it's certainly possible to buy it - but it's a long way to go from here! Hope someone might be able to help.
