when I was in England i used PVA to seal and mix with render to make it stick but nobody here has heard of it and cant suggest something similar tried local and in Granada Bricos etc , I need to seal a patio wall ready for rendering and maybe tiling later help please

Cola blanca...widely available in ferreterias, paint shops etc.

Try unifix widley available mix 10 to 1 with hotwater..so my hubby says! :lol:

Latex plastico. Buy in big tubs. Mix with water. Great stuff. Cheap too.

I use a product called Revim-Ad which I find to be identical to the PVA used in England although a lot more expensive. But tomorrow I will enquire in my local ferreteria about Unifix and Cola blanca especially if they are as cheap as mentioned in the previous post. ht006d5256 maybe you have tried either of these already. What are your views?

got rather side tract bish75 been leveling out our sloping garden and pricing up block work also trying to track down ordinary paving slabs but am still in the hunt for pva or similar thanks

As lavanda says, ask for Latex Liquid it is more or less the same as PVA but cheaper. I've used it in render and as a primer on top of render.
