Can anyone recommend a great, reliable English speaking builder to tile a roof terrace and renovate a shelter near Velez de Benaudalla/

Bellequest have you thought of hiring a translator for a few hours who could help find and then negotiate with a builder? A neighbour or student perhaps?

We have done some work similar to that that you contemplate with a spanish builder and his mate. 120 Euros a day for the 2 and they work incredibly hard. I'm not in your area but I wouldn't want to be limited to english speaking builders.

Just a thought but all the best with it 8)
