Recommendation for painter needed

Can anyone recommend a professional house painter around lake Vinuela area? I need someone who doesn't make a mess and prepares properly. One of the walls is about 20 feet high so needs either scaffolding or a long ladder.

I hate mess but its very difficult for a decorator not to make a mess. The main thing is that they clean up when there finished for the day.
