H and C feed for shower mixer

Postby olive » Wed Sep 06, 2017 1:19 pm

I am trying to remember if it matters whch is the hot feed and which is the cold feed when installing the pipework!.

If it does matter, which is on the left looking at the thermostatic mixer valve please , from inside the shower enclosure?

If you don't have hot on the left as you look at it , when you turn the mixer handle toward the red segment...it will get colder! ( I've been in hotels like that ;-)) ).

But if you get it wrong you can change the red / blue caps around ;)
