Wold be better to ask what size your local supplier stocks has available or what size they can order for you as they dont all stock all sizes but i have bought up to 6 meter long P60s , the longest available in stock from any of our 7 local builders merchants . Quite possible they can get longer lengths but that was the longest around here .

6m is about the limit. These are precast, prestressed concrete beams. Load bearing is always a concern hence the limit on the length. I once visited a site where they had been installed upside down. My main pool terrace is supported by 6m vegas but only one has a clear 6m span. All the others are supported mid length.
