I have a Now TV box which was activated in UK and I want to cancel the Entertainment package within the three months

What do I lose, or more to the point, what do I keep?

For example watching ITV live?

All you lose is what you cancel, in your case the Entertainment Package that you access via the Sky Nowtv App on the box.......everything else is unchanged.

Well, I have Sky anyway so haven't even accessed that app!

So begs the question how did you access the Sky Nowtv entertainment package on the NOWTV box

I understand that, I was just confused when you said you had the entertainment package yet had NEVER used the Sky NOWTV App to access all the Sky channels available withyour entertainment package (Sky 1 Sky Arts, Atlantic etc etc). Below are the main apps on the NOWTV box, you use the BBC iplayer app for bbc progs, likewise Itv hub app for itv etc....... So my question was simply what App did you use to access the Sky Entertainment channels and its homepage?? I would assume most people Use the Yellow NOWTV App?

I just accessed BBC ITV Ch4 5 directly not going thru the Sky app on it, thru 'my apps'
Guess cos I have Sky anyway didn't really get it for those channels

So what did you get it for? If it was just for the free to air channels, you didn't really need to buy one with the entertainment package included. Did you give debit card details when you "activated" it? If so, you will need to log on to your account and actually cancel the entertainment package, otherwise it will automatically renew and you will be charged.

Has anyone got the Demand5 app working on their Now TV box? I know it has been re-branded My5 elsewhere, but it does not appear to be available for the Now TV box.
