Black powdery mould on lemon tree

Can someone explain what to treat the black mould on the leaves with please?
It's everywhere and even on 25% of the lemons too. Don't know what it it.

It sounds like Black Sooty Mould. The root cause is insects on the tree. They secrete sweet stick stuff and the mould grows on it. Some useful tips here http://growingandgathering.com/getting- ... oty-mould/
