A plant for my terrace

Postby ashtondav » Wed Sep 21, 2005 1:06 pm

Hi

I have an apartment in Frigiliana, near Nerja. It has a balcony measuring about 4m * 2m. I want a pretty plant to sit on it all year. I rent the place out so its got to be tolerant of under/over generous watering and minimal care. Would a bougainvillea be ok? Or has anyone any suggestions please. I don't like cacti.

Sin semilla could be the one for you, thrives in the local conditions and doesn't need much attention fantastic smell too!!

Yes Stan, my partner has plans to grow something similar on our terrace (or maybe White Widow or Skunk) when we move over permanently - purely for personal consumption of course! :)

Make sure you get "northern lights" it's unbelievable and unbeatable, water it (when then sun's gone down) till it's about 60-70 cm tall, then once a week!
