Contacing Vodafone

I know this has been mentioned before but I thought it worth repeating if someone needs the information but has forgotten it.
Vodafone shops are franchises and are not run by Vodafone.
Their purpose is to sell phones and contracts.
You might be lucky and find a helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who can help you with a technical query.
If you want technical support, in English or various other languages, then their call centre service is excellent.
Phone 22189 and wait whilst it goes through welcome in variuos languages.
Wait until you get the "do you want to be attended in English" then press 3
I have phoned them several times recently and have always been impressed with their courtesy and helpfulnesses.

Do you have the phone number from a non Vodafone number Gerry?

According to their website it is 607123000.
No idea if you can get an English speaking person on that number.
