Telefonica Customer Service

Postby Kmoppz » Fri Feb 08, 2008 12:04 pm

Hi

Anyone have a contact number for Telefonica that I can use from the UK.

I know about the 1004 that only works within Spain, and I have another number 0034 917 040319, but I get a message saying the other person has hung up!

I need to give them my bank details, before they cut me off... had the line since October, but not paid a penny other than the set up costs to 'Telefonica in English' who, at the time I thought were a part of Telefonica!

any help or advice gratefully received...

just a thought........ go online www.telefonica.es log in and have a look at your account and see if you can do it that way.

Cheers guys...

I'll give the phone numbers a go...

Cant do the on line thing, all my account details are safe in sound in the house... in Mijas!

I'm sitting back here in the office in the UK. :(

Back in 2 weeks, so if all else fails I'll wait till I'm back, but dont want to get cut off for not paying my bill!

Cheers Beach, used the 917 073921 and got a very nice helpful Spanish lady who spoke excellent English!

All sorted now...

Thanks once again.

Glad you have resolved your problem. I shall have to keep that number somewhere safe for future reference! Image
