Movistar mobile

I did a quick search and couldn't see anything,I want to change the language on a movistar phone to English. I can't even remember the number to dial to retrieve a message. Anybody to list the steps please.

It's 123 to retrieve messages.

To change the language setting: Menu, Movistar, Activa, Configurar, listen then press 2.

Thanks hillybilly, i dialed 123, but can't work out what the voice is telling me to do. I don't hear anything about idiomas. Sorry full of man flu and can't even think straight.

Log in to 'Canal Cliente>>>Personaliza tu Tarjeta ' on the Movistar web site and click on 'Cambio Idioma'. You will obviously need a username and password to do this.

well Antonia,you wont hear anything about idiomas dialling that number,cause its the one for retrieving messages(like hilly said)

So can you change the language to english at the exchange (oh god that sounds wrong ) end ?
