Missing iPad button

The button along te bottom of the screen that takes me to the pictures I have on my iPad has disappeared. where could it have gone and how could I gtbit back. I can still access the pictures via the camera. I have checked and I haven'tinadvertently dragged it to another app's button.

Have you just done the latest update, a few things have changed for me I have been trying this site, or you could join Apple communities.

The photos app is an Apple app and cannot be deleted.

Have a look on the next page of home screen icons - it may have moved. There is no way it can be removed or get lost.

The latest update did not like Browsec: I had to delete it (not just turn it off) to be able to connect to the internet, despite it still showing a full set of bars for the wifi connection!

Same here.

When you connect to Browsec, you're looking for a little box with VPN at the top but as you say it wasn't connecting.

Just uninstalling the profile, then reinstalling it again solves the problem.

I had to reinstall my APN settings as well for 3G on my phone but not on my IPad.

There is another update in today. Says to fix issues with APN amongst other things. I am definitely unimpressed with my iPad right now. Get fed up with it saying a problem with this page has caused it to reload, a browse around shows many others saying the same. Have joined the apple forum.

search for it in spotlight then drag it back to desktop

Thanks Costa. Found it that way but able to drag it to desktop as the sptlgh sceen covers he hole screen. At least I know my picturs are all there still.

you can always find lost items on an apple product using spotlight.

I have never seen Spotlight on my iPad...

Keep swiping right past the home screen and you will find it. If you are on IOS9 you will see some improvements.

Ah! No label to say what it is, and a search for it comes up with a newspaper for stage loveys!
