KA satellite Internet signal degradation

Just had a combination of events that led me to discover that my signal had been degrading over time.

The symptom was difficulty connecting 4 p.m. to about 6p.m. Not a peak time for use for me.

I found out following a foul up over increased payment resulting in discon for none payment. after payment, The accounts bloke said you are reconnected except I wasn't. Later the engineer did some digging and said your signal has been getting worse over the last twelve months and isn't strong enough to connect!

Anyway I had a quick look and decided as the mounting bracket and the clamp were solid, the kit was probably weighing the up/down adjustment , down. A bit of trial and error and it is back to normal. When I have some time , I will do a proper adjustment that gets the Tria beeping.
