who gives the best broadband/ landline support in english in granada region

Hi,
I am looking to change my broadband/ landline from Europa to a lower price company. Europa charge me 29€ a month for 10mb speed plus line rental and IVA. While it advertises the 10mb speed at 19€ a month now they refuse to change me over.
I've looked online at Spanish companies and thought about Orange or Masmovil, both far more reasonable than Europa but I worry about their support in English. Has anyone had any experience recently re these companies and their support in relation to adsl broadband.
Or can anyone recommend other suppliers . I live in the chimneas, moraleda, loja side of Granada. I'd also be interested to know what download speed they get in this area - I pay for 10mb but get around 5 -6 mb, these big companies offer up to 50mb but I know I won't get that!!
