Re: Amazon Fire TV box - glitch
Not in at the moment but surely when you scroll to channels you then nudge down to them? Or are you saying they don't appear under the channels banner?

Try taking the batteries out of the remote. They are famous for freezing.

Re: Amazon Fire TV box - glitch
Sorted it.
Tried remote resetting, but no change.
Had already deleted and reinstalled iP app, but no joy.
Reloaded Fire tv software, no joy.
Did an Amazon Fire TV factory reset, no joy.
Found that unless you sign in to BBC account, the Channels button does not operate (or automatically display the channels list/bar, just a black space, thus preventing watching Live TV. All other buttons work normally.
So, pressed sign in. Entered the supplied code into the bbc.... address as supplied, on our PC.
Channels button now works.
Oddly, this hasn't yet been an issue on a slightly newer Amazon Fire TV box (different firmware and software, BBC app the same.)
Thanks indeed for the suggestions.
