Hi Enrique
Thank you for quick answer. Knowing the Tablet has 16GIG of Internal Ram and I have already used 11.04GIG of Memory , do you think I should buy a 16GIG or 32GIG MicroSD Card. I have been downloading Photos from my Camera on it. But will move some of them to my Laptop in due course.
Thank You
David

Re: Huawei MediaPad T3 7" Model BG2-WO9
I have bought a Scandisk 64GB Extreme SDXC Memory Card. I have inserted it in my Huawei MediaPad T3 7.0 Tablet. If I go into Settings and them Memory & Storage the Tablet only shows me Internal Storage. According to Memory Cow this Memory Card is compatible with my Tablet. How do I get my Tablet to pick up this External Storage.
Please can anyone assist me with my Problem.
Thank You
David

Hi Enrique
There is only way you can insert the Micro SDXC Memory Card. You push the Card down and it clicks into the Tablet. Then you just close the cover over it . Do yo have to Format it , maybe in another Device using the Adapter that came with it.

Hi pensure1988,
Try Formatting the Card as FAT32 using your Laptop system.
Download the SD Formatter.........
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
If it still doesn't recognise the full 64GB.............set up a 32GB Partition , Format as FAT32 and then see if it's OK with that..........
You may be able to use the Windows " Create and Format hard disk partitions" to do the above
OR
https://www.partitionwizard.com/free-pa ... nager.html
I use all of the above .

Re: Huawei MediaPad T3 7" Model BG2-WO9
I have just bought a Huawei M5 Lite. Excellent tablet with a long battery life. Anyways on this tablet, settings/storage. The SD card appears under Portable Storage. Hit the little arrow and there is an option to format.
If you can't see the card at all then do as Enrique suggests format it Fat32 with your PC.
So impressed with this tablet that we bought a T3 10 for my wife. Turned up a couple of days ago but haven't powered it up yet as the case and SD card are sill on their way. Will let you know what happens when I insert a new SD card and power it up.

Re: Huawei MediaPad T3 7" Model BG2-WO9
Hi Enrique
I have managed to create a Fat32 Partition on my SD Card using Esus Partition Program. The Card is still not being recognised in my Tablet. a SD Card Test progam says "No Removable SD Card detected. Find it maually. It also tells me "error, Removable storage permission denied."
Further assistance is still required.
Thank You
David

Re: Huawei MediaPad T3 7" Model BG2-WO9
Hi Enrique
I reformated my SD Card to ExFat but my Tablet is still not picking up this External Memory Card. Maybe there is a setting on the Tablet that needs to be chsanged. But I do not know where to look. I did not think it would be this hard to add extra memory to my Tablet. it is most frusrating to spend £21 or so on Amazon for the item not to work when it arrives from them.
Any other suggestions please
Thank You
David

Hi pensure1988,
It's looking like either the SD slot is not working or the Version of Software on your MediaPad doesn't support adding the SD card.

Re: Huawei MediaPad T3 7" Model BG2-WO9
Have you figured this out?
Not a lot of help but just powered up the new T3 10, which is running android 7. Doesn't have an sd card slot, but one of those trays that you extract with a pin. Inserted a fresh out of the packaging Kingston sd card. It was recognised and use able immediately.
Looking like there may be a problem with your sd slot. Have you tried a different card? I have in the past had cards that work in one device but not another.
